Lesley Shane: Clinical Research Pharmacist Doctorate

Tell us about your research work? 
As a clinical research pharmacist doctorate and university lecturer I am actively engaged in global patient health research studies generating patient clinical outcomes and economic data/publications about patient diseases and drug therapies, including cancers, diabetes, heart conditions, immune disorders, arthritis, and amongst many other disease conditions.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Building of and communication of new research evidence / publications to help inform health care practitioners and patients to enhance patient care and treatment decision making.
What inspires you as an innovator?
My research aspiration is to help improve the clinical and quality of life outcomes and education for many patients with diseases and health providers.
How would you describe your personal style?
Classic, sophisticated.
What is your favorite Nora Gardner dress and why?
I absolutely adore the Evelyn Dress-classy cut, comfortable fabric and travels well. I feel professional, poised and elegant when I wear it.
