Many are; however, we use a variety of different fabrications, some of which require dry cleaning. Please refer the care label instrunctions on your garment prior to cleaning.

Can I return my pre-order?
When you place a pre-order, the dress you will receive is made specifically for you. If it doesn't fit, we can exchange it for another item or offer you free alterations. If any of these solutions does not work, you can return it for a store credit.

What is the return/exchange policy?
To return an item or exchange an item, please submit a request for a return label with the items name, size, and color to [email protected]. If the request is submitted within seven days of the garment's delivery date, we will provide a return label free of charge and you will be issued a refund (if applicable) as soon as we receive the package. How long does a refund take to process?
After processing, the refund will take 5 - 7 business days to reach your bank account. If more than seven business days has passed, please contact us and we will attend to your issue right away. [email protected]

What is the Nora Gardner Style Box?
We know you’re busy and that you take pride in your appearance so we’ve created a Style Survey that you’ll be able to complete in under 5 minutes. With the information you provide on your style, size, and budget preferences, we’ll hand select 4 - 6 essential items we think you’ll love to take you from desk to dinner. We’ll even ship them right to your door.
Enjoy seven days to try on your looks. Keep what you like and send us back the rest with the complimentary return shipping label included in your box.
Shipping is complimentary both ways (but we know you’ll love what we send you so you probably won’t have to bother with a return anyway)!
The Style Box is not a subscription service. Order a Style Box as often or infrequently as you like.
You’ll only be charged for items you decide to keep. There are no hidden fees.

How much will items in my Style Box cost?
Prices range from $165 for skirts and tops to $325 for
dresses and blazers. We’ll always take care to respect prices you are most comfortable with based on your responses to the Style Survey.

All items are available in sizes 00–16.

Is shipping actually free? And no hidden fees?
It’s true! Shipping is free both ways and there are never any hidden fees. You will only be charged for what you decide to keep. Music to your ears, right?

Do you ship internationally?
At this time we are only shipping Style Boxes to customers located within the United States. Email us at [email protected] if you are located internationally and let us know where you are so we can provide you with any relevant updates on shipping to your country.

How do I know your styles will be age appropriate for me?
Our garments are designed to be staple pieces for the modern woman. Whether you’re a professional striving to break through the glass ceiling in a city or suburb, or simply looking to add elegant essentials to your closet, our pieces will beat the need!
We also encourage you to try on every hand-selected item included in your Style Box. It’s no secret that clothes look better on a body than in a box, and we also know our classic designs are only truly complete once you’re wearing them! Trust us, this is our passion and our purpose.

How do I return items I’m not keeping?
Inside your Style Box, you’ll find a complimentary return shipping label which you can use to return any items you do not want to keep. Simple as it gets!

How long do I have before I have to return items I’m not keeping?
We ask that you please ship anything you do not want to keep within seven days of receiving your Style Box. For example, if you receive a Style Box on a Tuesday, please have any returns in the mail no later than the following Tuesday or we will assume you opted to keep everything in your Style Box.

Where is the Nora Gardner collection made?
We proudly make all of our pieces in New York City’s Garment District. This allows us to deliver the highest quality products and support local business here at home.

What else is important for me to know about Nora Gardner clothing before I order my Style Box?
We source only high quality fabrics that breathe and move so you can enjoy comfort in even our most structured styles. We pay close mind to select fabrics that are wrinkle resistant and machine washable. Practical, we know!

If I want to exchange a size can I do that? Are there shipping charges for style box exchanges?
You are allowed one free size exchange; standard shipping apply thereafter.

What happens if I do not return the box within seven days?
You will be charged for the full value of the box per the price list in the box. Running late? Drop us a line at [email protected] and we can work with you.

What happens if it is not my fault that you didn't receive the box in seven days?
You would be refunded immediately and only charged for what you keep.

What happens if I like something in the box but it is defective or it was damaged during shipping?
We would replace the item immediately at no charge.
