E-COMMERCE RETURN POLICY OVERVIEW

You may return an online order within 14 days of its delivery date. 

To return or exchange an item, please email us at [email protected]  and we will email a prepaid return label to you - include your order number in the email's subject. Simply attach this label to your package and drop the item off at your nearest Post Office.  Please note that a shipping and restocking charge of $14.99 will be deducted from the refund.

Returned items must be unworn with the labels attached for a refund. 

Sale items are final sale if price is 50% off or more.

If you need to exchange for a different size/color let us know by email and leave a note in the box with your request, we will do our best to help you find the perfect fit!

At the moment Returns and Exchanges are available only in the US.

PRE-ORDER RETURNS

When you place a pre-order, the dress you will receive is made specifically for you. If it doesn't fit, we can exchange it for another item or offer you free alterations. If any of these solutions does not work, you can return it for a store credit.

SHIPPING POLICY

After the order is placed our team needs 1-2 business days to process the orders. Orders received after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

Please note that orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico require additional shipping time.

The final cost of International Shipping depends on the number of items and weight.

A tracking number will be emailed to you after the order is fulfilled.

If you are ordering a pre-order item and a stock item, we suggest placing 2 separates orders.
